I used a coupon to schedule the oil change + online for my yearly service maintenance. I arrived a little before my appointment time and they got me in right away. Service was performed promptly and professionally. All the guys are super nice, knowledgeable and helpful. Reasonably priced compared to dealership. Highly recommend!

I only gave 4 ⭐️ because I had to wait over 5 minutes to get checked in and there were 4 technicians and one car in the work area. Then the software for my front end alignment was not working. I had to book another appointment the next week. After that I was very satisfied.

I've been coming to this location for years, and at times it seemed like the service was hit or miss. But since Jordan has joined the team, I've seen an improvement. When I leave with my vehicle, I know I'm squared away and that the service is top notch. If you've never tried this place, give it a shot. If you had a not so pleasant experience in the past, give it another shot. Jordan is gonna get you where you need to be; and he's gonna do it at a fair price. I feel confident in saying you won't be disappointed.

I went to Midas looking to have my brake pads and rotors change. Going in I knew I was also having an issue with a worn out ball-joint. After the initial inspection I was informed of several other issues with my vehicle's front end. Jordan was extremely helpful and even offered to take me into the shop to show me what they found. I was concerned about getting my vehicle back that day as it is my daily driver, but he assured me they could complete the work by the end of the day. They did not disappoint, in 6 hours time they made all the repairs and I was able to pick up my vehicle. Jordan was a pleasure to work with and seems like a genuinely honest person. The price he gave me to complete all the work was more the fair and I will return to them for any future work to be done. I will also be referring them to any friends and family looking for a good auto mechanic. Thanks Jordan and Midas for bringing back my smooth ride!

I had an excellent experience at Midas for an oil change, and a big reason why was Jordan. From start to finish, he went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled properly. He was professional, patient, and very knowledgeable. Jordan took the time to walk me through Midas’ new digital inspection, showed me everything clearly, and explained what services I’ll need now and what can wait. Nothing felt rushed or pushed just honest, transparent information so I could make the right decisions. Because of that experience alone, I’ll definitely be coming back to this Midas location and recommending it to others. Customer service and transparency like that really stand out.
